Return & Exchange Policy 📦

At delphyarts, it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from delphyarts website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us

At delphyarts we have 7 days return and exchange policy, it gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from www.delphyarts.com for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN AND POLICY

 We will send you a confirmation whatsapp message as we receive the shipment at our facility and it passes our quality check.  The Refunds will be only processed via wallet payment ( ex:- Gpay/Paytm/Phonepe) . If the product does not pass the quality check we will not be able to process the refund . 

Quality Check pre-requisite :-

1. All product tags intact and in their original packaging.

2. Product must be unused.

3. Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition.

4. Original Product delivered should be received .

5. Pictures of the packed parcel is compulsory to be sent on the whatsapp number - +91 98926 08751 at the time of placing the return/exchange request. 

 

TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO delphyarts, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS

 

Write to us on email ID ( info@delphyarts.com ) or WhatsApp/SMS on +91 98926 08751 with mentioning the order ID and reason for Return . If the product is damaged , please share the picture of the same . 

FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP

We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call us on: +91 98926 08751
